Your purchase is only eligible for return or exchange in the following cases

• Incorrect product shipped meaning the item does not match the order confirmation
• Any product received with a quality or manufacturing defect

Please note

• Our products are handmade by artisans so slight variations are natural and will not be considered defects
• We pack our products with great care so if your order arrives damaged send us a photo of the damaged product and the box within twenty four hours of receiving your order. We will replace the same product immediately at no additional shipping cost
• Returned items must be sent with their original packaging
• Sale items cannot be returned as they are final purchases
• If your order meets our return criteria email us at orders@kaniryhomedecor.com within forty eight hours of delivery with the following information
• a) Order number
• b) Delivery address
• c) Reason for return and in case of a defective or incorrect product an image of the item

If there is a genuine defect in the product we will exchange it for a replacement. The return will be processed within one business day after the product is received at our warehouse and approved by our quality check team.

✔ All courier charges for returning the product to our warehouse are to be borne by the customer
✔ The customer must deliver the product to the nearest United States Postal Service Office USPS Office for return shipment
✔ The product should be returned with its original packaging including tags barcodes accessories manual shipping label invoice and any other included items
✔ The product must be unused and in original condition
✔ Replacement will be processed within one business day after the returned item has been received and approved by our quality check department
